I understand that parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of any children in their party. Bomond is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal belongings. The reservation holder may be held responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture, equipment, or property by themselves or their guests. Bomond reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, disruptive, inappropriate, or violates venue policies. I also agree to receive reservation-related emails, text messages, updates, reminders, and other communications from Bomond.
